Once at 3 Rue Sorgentino 06300 Nice, the entry code is 1925A (be sure to push the building door firmly as sometimes it can stick a bit).
You must take the stairs on your left and go all the way up (to the 4th floor)
Once at the top, your apartment entrance door has a black key box. The code to open it is 2519.
Access to the trash room
From the main entrance of the building.
Do not take the stairs on the left, but go into the small courtyard on the right.
Once in this courtyard, you must move forward a little by following the red arrow in the image.
The garbage room is located right here.
